Austė Kiškienė (Kraujelytė) has been a board member of the Internet Research and Innovation Institute since April 2005. Austė Kiškienė is a lecturer at the Department of Informatics and Statistics, Faculty of Economics and Finance Management, Mykolas Romeris University (former Law University of Lithuania).

Austė Kiškienė has been a lecturer at the Mykolas Romeris University since September 2004. Her main teaching subject is Knowledge Society Development for the last year undergraduate students. This subject embraces main aspects of contemporary social development, including information society, knowledge economy, intellectual capital, public management and innovation policy. Also she gives lectures on Informatics and Legal Informatics for the first year undergraduate students. As a researcher Austė Kiškienė has been actively participating in European projects, such as eUser, eInclusion, eTen and others.

Austė Kiškienė is a full time 4th year Public Administration and Management PhD student at the Mykolas Romeris University. The title of her theses is "Technology Transfer Stimulation by the Means of Public Management".  The PhD thesis should be defended until the November 2008.

Austė Kiškienė received her master’s degree on Political Science (specialization European Studies) from the Vilnius University, Institute of International Relations and Political Sciences. Her main fields of interest are knowledge society, knowledge economy, electronic government, electronic democracy, innovation management, and technology transfer.
